Bu şartlar, Waiper mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı ve Waiper Premium aboneliğini düzenler. Uygulamaya giriş yaparak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği ayrıca Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır.

Waiper; gelir, gider, düzenli ödeme ve birikim hedeflerinizi takip etmenizi, aylık harcanabilir tutarınızı görmenizi ve yapay zeka destekli sohbet ve içgörülerle harcamalarınızı yorumlamanızı sağlayan bir kişisel finans takip uygulamasıdır. Waiper bir banka, ödeme kuruluşu veya yatırım kuruluşu değildir; para tutmaz, ödeme yapmaz ve banka hesaplarınıza erişmez.
Manuel gelir/gider girişi, düzenli ödeme takibi ve temel analizler ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz planda bazı özellikler sınırlıdır (örneğin aylık yapay zeka sohbet mesajı sayısı, içgörü yenileme sayısı, aktif hedef sayısı ve trend analizi dönemi). Güncel limitler uygulama içindeki Premium ekranında gösterilir.
Yapay zeka özellikleri, kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla Premium dahil tüm kullanıcılar için günlük teknik kullanım sınırlarına tabidir. "Aylık limit yok" ifadesi bu günlük teknik sınırlar saklı kalmak kaydıyla geçerlidir.
Davet kodunuzla uygulamaya katılan bir kullanıcı ve siz, belirli bir süre için ek yapay zeka kullanım hakkı kazanabilirsiniz. Her hesap yalnızca bir davet kodu kullanabilir ve kendi kodunu kullanamaz. Programın kötüye kullanıldığını (sahte hesap açmak gibi) tespit edersek kazanılan hakları geri alabiliriz. Davet programının koşulları değiştirilebilir veya program sonlandırılabilir.
Uygulamadaki hesaplamalar (harcanabilir tutar, günlük harcama önerisi, kategori karşılaştırmaları), yapay zeka sohbet yanıtları ve içgörüler yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Bunlar yatırım, vergi, hukuk veya finansal danışmanlık niteliği taşımaz. Finansal kararlarınızın sorumluluğu size aittir.

Bu şartların ihlali halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Uygulama, tasarımı, logosu ve yazılımı geliştiriciye aittir. Size, uygulamayı bu şartlara uygun olarak kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz veriler size aittir; bunları istediğiniz zaman dışa aktarabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama Google Firebase, Google Gemini ve Google Play gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Premium kapsamında önemli bir azalma olursa uygulama içinden bildirimde bulunuruz.
Kast ve ağır ihmal halleri ile yürürlükteki mevzuatın sınırlandırılmasına izin vermediği haller saklı kalmak kaydıyla; uygulamanın kullanımından, yapay zeka yanıtlarından, otomatik algılama sonuçlarından veya uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanarak alınan finansal kararlardan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu şartlar, hesabınızı silene veya hesabınız kapatılana kadar geçerlidir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Premium aboneliğinizin iptali için bkz. Bölüm 5.
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi uygulama içinden bilgilendiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. En güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla taraf olduğunuz uyuşmazlıklarda, mevzuatta belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırları aşan durumlarda Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern your use of the Waiper mobile app (the "App") and the Waiper Premium subscription. By signing in to the App you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

Waiper is a personal finance tracking app that lets you track income, expenses, recurring payments and savings goals, see how much you can spend this month, and interpret your spending through an AI chat assistant and insights. Waiper is not a bank, payment institution or investment firm; it does not hold money, make payments or access your bank accounts.
Manual income/expense entry, recurring payment tracking and basic analysis are free. Some features are limited on the free plan (for example the monthly number of AI chat messages, insight refreshes, active goals and the trend analysis period). Current limits are shown on the Premium screen in the App.
To prevent abuse, AI features are subject to daily technical usage caps for all users, including Premium. "No monthly limit" applies subject to these daily caps.
When someone joins using your invite code, both of you may receive extra AI usage for a limited period. Each account can redeem only one code and cannot redeem its own. If we detect abuse (such as creating fake accounts), we may revoke the rewards. The program's terms may change or the program may end.
Calculations in the App (spendable amount, daily allowance, category comparisons), AI chat responses and insights are for general information only. They are not investment, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.
The App, its design, logo and software belong to the developer. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms. The data you enter is yours; you can export or delete it at any time.
The App relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Gemini and Google Play. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features. If Premium's scope is materially reduced, we will notify you in the App.
Except for intent and gross negligence and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App, AI responses, automatic detection results, or financial decisions made based on information in the App.
These terms apply until you delete your account or your account is closed. You can delete your account at any time. To cancel Premium, see Section 5.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms. The latest version is always on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes in which you act as a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by law, and Consumer Courts above those limits.
